This 163mm high carbon steel Nakiri with custom made resin - rag and copper handle is ready for cooking.  Blade is 1095 high carbon steel that has been hand sanded and etched to draw out the hamon.  Handle is fitted with copper pins and lanyard tube.  Comes with a Leather Saya.
