Hand forged from high carbon steel, this Veggie Cleaver is a great, light weight all-around kitchen knife.  The blade on this knife comes in at 5.75 inches and is about 11.25” in overall length. It’s fitted with a spalted Maple handle shaped in Wa style with a black G10 spacer. A hand stitched, vegetable tanned leather saya also comes along for the ride.
