This 163mm Nakiri made from Damasteel Stainless Damascus. The blade on this one is super lean with a large surface area that’s perfect for cooking. Love the look of Damasteel’s Hakkapella pattern that runs across the blade. The contoured handle is Wa style made from a hybrid dyed and stabilized spalted Hawaiian Koa and dark resin. A G10 Spacer separates the ferrule and handle. A Custom fit, hand stitched leather sheath accompanies this knife.
