This sleek, medium weight kitchen knife  comes in at 6.5 grams and is about 14.5” in overall length. It’s fitted with a heavily figured Maple Burl handle shaped in Wa style with a silver spacer. A hand stitched, vegetable tanned leather saya also accompanies this knife.
